1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Betcriket Pty Ltd ("Betcriket", "we", "us") regarding your use of the website betcriket.com and the fantasy cricket services available on it (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service

The Platform is a fantasy sports service. Users assemble virtual teams of real cricketers and earn points based on those players' actual performance in real matches. Outcomes on the Platform are determined by skill — sports knowledge, statistical analysis and squad strategy. The Platform does not provide sports betting services, casino games, poker, lotteries or any games of chance.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for ensuring that using fantasy sports services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.

5. Fair play

The integrity of competition matters to every manager on the ladder. The following are prohibited:

• using automated tools, bots or scripts to manage squads or enter contests;
• colluding with other users to manipulate leaderboard positions;
• exploiting bugs or scoring errors instead of reporting them;
• abusive conduct towards other members or our staff.

Breaches may result in score adjustments, removal from contests or account closure, depending on severity.

6. Scoring and results

Fantasy points are calculated from official match data according to the published scoring rules. Provisional standings may change while official scorers confirm match records. Once results are settled, standings are final except in cases of demonstrable data error, which we will correct and announce.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the design, logos, software, text and graphics — belongs to Betcriket Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by law. Player names and match statistics are used solely to operate the fantasy game. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, contests or scoring rules. Material changes will be announced on the website in advance wherever possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Betcriket is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including loss caused by service interruptions, data delays or third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
